One of IMOCO’s biggest assets is the collective experience of our employees. Many of our workers have been with us for a long time, spurring our success, but we also have newer employees with decades of experience like Project Manager Shane Arrowood. Shane’s familiarity with jobs across multiple industries helps us to remain the go-to commercial and industrial contractor throughout Western North Carolina and beyond.

For the past 26 years, Shane has worked as a millwright rigger on jobs big and small across the US, including single piece projects, entire plant relocations, and optical alignment. Since joining IMOCO in August as a Project Manager, Shane has overseen a handful of jobs for local manufacturers and, in the near future, will supervise projects for mostly paper-related and brewing companies. One very unique job, however, involves a business that specializes in hydrographic finishing for both the hunting & fishing and sports industries. An example of hydrographic finishing would be a camouflaged hunting rifle.

After his first month with IMOCO, Shane enjoys the variety of projects that IMOCO is able to undertake.

“We’ve got experience in the field to do just about anything for this type of work,” Shane says. “Our lineup of equipment is also so diverse that we don’t have to outsource any of that aspect.”

Shane also appreciates the convenience of our in-house safety professional, Bob Revels, as each project entails unique precautions. He credits this as well as our collective experience across so many other disciplines as the main reason IMOCO is continually able to develop and maintain long-term relationships with our clients. Welcome aboard, Shane!
